This page is a free marketing site and a self-serve audit tool. The audit gives you an estimate, not a guarantee. If you become a paying client, your separate signed engagement letter sets the real terms — this page doesn't.
The leak amount, recoverable amount, grade, and ranked fixes shown on /audit (and in the PDF we email) are estimates calculated from your inputs. They are not promises, projections, forecasts, or guarantees. Your actual numbers will depend on call volume, average job value, your trade, your tools, your market, the season, and a dozen other things this site can't see.
Anywhere this site shows a call log, a transcript, a workflow trace, or a metric labeled "Example," that's exactly what it is — a representative example, not a real customer outcome. Real customer outcomes only appear with that customer's written approval.
We don't publish testimonials, customer names, logos, or case studies we made up. If we don't have approved proof for a claim, the claim isn't on the site. If you ever spot something that looks like invented social proof, tell us — we'll pull it the same day.
The number +1 (249) 504-0088is the operating line for My Trades Desk. We answer when we can; when we can't, the AI receptionist takes the call to qualify the inquiry and schedule a follow-up. It's a business line, not an emergency service — don't call it for actual emergencies (fires, gas leaks, medical, etc.).
Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that we'll send you to review. That agreement includes scope, pricing, timeline, data-handling specifics, cancellation terms, and SLA expectations. Nothing on this marketing site supersedes that signed agreement.
If you do become a client, you can cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. No long-term contracts. No exit fees. We turn off any live automation we built within one business day of cancellation and hand off scripts, integrations, and lead data to whoever you want next.
The copy, design, illustrations, and code on mytradesdesk.ca are owned by My Trades Desk. You can quote a sentence or share a link — please do. Don't republish the audit report or the site copy wholesale without asking. Any custom workflow we build for a paying client is licensed to them for use in their shop; we keep the right to reuse the underlying patterns for other clients.
The AI receptionist and any workflow we build is configured to handle service bookings, intake, follow-ups, and reviews. It is not, and will never be, configured to give legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or emergency advice. If a customer asks for any of that, the workflow escalates to you.
